Anavryta Model Lyceum Model United Nations was the first Model United Nations simulation conference (MUN) hosted by a public high school in Greece. After the success of the first session, three more sessions have taken place. This year, AML MUN is back with its 5th conference!
Taking place from 27–29 November 2026 at the Model Lyceum of Anavryta, Greece, the conference will feature 10 engaging and thought-provoking committees, designed to challenge delegates through advanced-level discussions, while also offering accessible topics for beginners.
AML MUN welcomes delegates from across Greece and around the world, creating a diverse and dynamic environment for collaboration and debate.
The conference continues to introduce new innovations and provide meaningful ground for public debate, combining academic depth with an inclusive approach to Model United Nations.

Who can participate?
AML MUN is open to middle school and high school students from Greece and around the world. University students who are interested may also contact us for possible participation.
What is the official language of the conference?
The official language of AML MUN is English. Delegates are required to use English at all times during the conference.
Do I need prior MUN experience?
No prior MUN experience is required. You are welcome to join a beginner-friendly committee, while more experienced delegates can challenge themselves in advanced committees.

How can I apply?

Is there a participation fee? What does it include?
A small participation fee is required for all delegates. The exact amount will be announced soon.
The fee includes full food coverage throughout the conference.
Is accommodation provided?
We do not provide accommodation, including for schools coming from outside Greece.
However, we provide full meals during the conference and can assist you with suggestions or contacts for accommodation in the area.
What is the dress code?
The dress code is Western Business Attire, as is standard in Model United Nations conferences. This includes suits, shirts, ties, dresses, blazers, and a formal, professional appearance.
Where will the conference take place?
AML MUN 2026 will be held at the Model Lyceum of Anavryta in Marousi, Athens, Greece. The venue is easily accessible and located within Syggrou Park.
